Mapping New Horizons in Agro-Tourism Sector

“Back in 2010, when I started to join MAEPS, we slowly received the crowd from the government by hosting and organising events such as service awards, convocations and weddings. Gradually, from five small events a month, now we have grown exponentially to host more than 30 events a month. I must say that we grow quite fast. Clients believe that MAEPS can grow, and this has inspired me to move forward and work to provide a fulfilling and exciting experience to visitors. One of the reasons for the fast growing, is the approach we use to connect the clients. We want to deliver a personalised services and create the personal touch to each client as we believe it is the most effective approach to encourage them to keep coming back. This is the Hospitality DNA that must be instilled in our team to give the best to our clients.” Norafizah Rahman (CEM), Chief Operating Officer MARDI MAEPS Sdn Bhd

Going Seamless Boosts Customer Traffic

“We are seeing an online-to-offline (O2O) revolution that changes the way people shop. Ultimately, consumers expect a seamless shopping experience across various channels that can be accessed whenever and however they choose. The idea is to enhance customer shopping experience and retailers that do not meet these expectations will lose traffic. We want to simplify and personalize the shopping experience for our customers. We want them to continue coming into our stores to view our products and make a purchase anywhere, anytime, by paying online via their smartphones or tablets. Ultimately, we want to scale up deliveries, with each store being able to fulfill thousands of orders a day," Mr Lim Kim Heng, Managing Director, Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd.

Not only that, one of Rapid Rail’s major successes recorded a total saving of RM1,386,555.50 through this project. Rapid Rail would have spent an amount of RM1,597,639 for new LIM Fans if the ICC Project was not a success.

A Systematic Wage Distribution To Boost Profit & Productivity

“As much as we were determined to enhance the business, we lacked information and knowledge to narrow down business tactics. We strongly believed in ‘no pointing fingers’ and worked together in seeking for advice from MPC which is known to be resourceful in business acceleration. PLWS was introduced by MPC in 2013 and after a careful implementation of PLWS guided by MPC, we were able to increase the output and work to-wards optimisation in production,” said Haji Alias bin Haji Ali, the CeO of Pak Ali Food Industries Sdn. Bhd.
