Leading the Plastics Manufacturing Industry on the quest towards Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0

“Previously, problem-solving was often reactionary. Problems were only dealt with after they have become disruptive and costly. But with the advent of the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) smart panel, our engineers can access key production data in real time via their smartphones to gain important insights on how to systematically improve the manufacturing process. This is one of the benefit acquired from embarking on our Industry 4.0 journey here in MSPI. Innovating and Increasing Work Efficiency via Team Excellence Projects

This became the motivational factor for the MNF to continuously make improvements in its operation.
