Sept 4, 2017, The Edge Malaysia - Happy Aegis BPO Employees mean Happy Customers

Managing a huge group of employees and making sure they feel a sense of belonging can be a tough job. It's a challenge that Aegis BPO Malaysia Sdn Bhd has taken on by managing more than 3,000 employees spread out over its three centres in Malaysia. These employeees are from 33 countries around the world. Despite the obstacles, Aegis BPO Malaysia earned special recognition for commitment for engagement at the Aon Best Employers - Malaysia 2017 award.
