Keeping in the loop with the current technological development in the market, Petsmore founders, Sean Saw, Fionne Chin and Ys Chin, founded the online business in 2002. Supported by Mr Chin Kong Han and Ms Lee Ah Peng, they managed to open up their first shop in 2003. The aim is to create a comfortable environment for customers to browse their choices and easing the payment process for customers. Hence the inception of Petsmore.com as an online business, which uses the B2C concept, gives the customers a more personalised shopping experience, even in the comfort of their own homes.
