Creating Messages that Influence and Change Consumer Behaviour

“We do not have a hierarchical structure, no red tape, and no rooms. Everyone literally works together side by side. As the CEO, I don’t live in ivory tower...I move around, get my hands dirty, and do the same amount of work the junior staff does. Our clients know that when they come to the agency, they are dealing directly with the decision maker. This is our culture.” Shaun Tay, Co-owner/Chief Executive Officer, FCB Kuala Lumpur.
