Maximising Earnings via Lean Implementation

The implementation of Lean resolution managed to reduce seven activities conducted by the Sales and Marketing division into five activities only. Furthermore, a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) was developed for setting-up kiosks at exhibition sites while a systematic work schedule was also created to ensure that sales and marketing activities would be able to run smoothly every day.
