Melalui Lean, aktiviti pengeluaran headrest telah dikurangkan kepada sembilan aktiviti berbanding sebelas aktiviti. Masa pemprosesan juga telah berkurang kepada 11 jam daripada 22 jam sebelum pengurusan Lean.

Shamawar Elektrika Sdn. Bhd. merupakan sebuah syarikat pembuatan yang telah ditubuhkan pada 1997 dengan jumlah tenaga pekerja seramai 50 orang. Projek penambahbaikan proses kerja menggunakan pengurusan Lean di Shamawar Elektrika telah dibuat ke atas produk Street Lighting Bracket (Long Arm) (SLB01). Dari resolusi Lean yang dilaksanakan, Shamawar Elektrika berjaya meningkatkan pengeluaran SLB01 sebanyak 122 peratus iaitu dari 90 unit kepada 200 unit.
