Lean Implementation in Eradicating Wastage
Lean resolution has managed to reduce the amount of lead time from 251 minutes to 66 minutes for PJO and from 462 minutes to 247 minutes to produce label. The process time for PJO has also reduced from 81 minutes to 53 minutes and for label production, the process time has also decreased by 237 minutes as compared to 252 minutes before Lean.
