Projek Lean yang dilaksanakan di RF Tems telah berjaya mengurangkan bilangan aktiviti untuk proses mengeluarkan RFQ/ITB daripada 12 aktiviti kepada 11. Jumlah lead time untuk proses ini juga turut berkurangan sebanyak 51% iaitu daripada 239.2 jam kepada 117.4 jam.

Improvement of Manufacturing Operations through a Lean Management Approach (2017)
Shaharum Ashaari, the Managing Director of Synergy Assimilation of Knowledge Resources shared his experiences on how Lean helps Agricultural Chemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. (ACM) to improve its manufacturing operations. Through Lean, ACM is able to increase output by 25 percent with minimum work stress. The company is also managed to save an estimated RM31,858.64 per year through elimination of wastes. Not only that, productivity improved by 25 percent while quality by 5 percent.

He highlighted that more than half of industrial companies in APAC plan to invest 6 percent of their annual revenue or more in digital operations solutions while 39 percent of companies in India plan to invest more than 8 percent of their annual revenue for Industrie 4.0.
