Latency Automation Service Enhancement Remedy (Laser) Towards the Autonomous Network Operation Centre
Latency is one of the variables to measure the performance in data communication. Good latency reflects to a better service experience. However, the latency is difficult to monitor and track as the value keep on changing as the routing in the Internet environment is dynamic. Delay in handling troubleshooting activities for latency issue is the problem statement for this project. Data from the customer complaint on the latency being analyzed for improvement. We choose this project to reduce the restoration cycle time and increase the productivity, hence add value to service and boost customer satisfaction. Causes and effects of the issue have been analyzed using various tools and technique.
