Business Excellence Transformation At Senari Synergy Sdn. Bhd. : It's The People

Effort was taken to boost employees’ self-confidence and instill leadership qualities in employees through programs like the Senari Experience Exchange Programme (SEXY) and Senari Senior Leadership Talk (SSLT). The SEXY programme was targeted to the lower ranking staff, all the way from the receptionist to the executive level. The programme was conducted on a weekly basis. “We want to encourage staff to speak regardless of what their position is. They must have the ability to speak in front of people and to make people understand how they feel. Now, I can see their self-confidence has grown and they can present in front of senior management to express their feelings and ideas”, Tuan Haji Jefri explained cheerfully.
