Keupayaan Lean Dalam Meningkatkan Kecekapan Pengeluaran Produk Dan Penjimatan Dari Aspek Kos Operasi (2017)

Wira Painting Sdn. Bhd. telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 1999 dan operasi utama syarikat ini adalah memberikan perkhidmatan mengecat kereta, pemasangan, flat door trim dan mengeluarkan PU car headrest untuk kereta. Melalui Lean, aktiviti pengeluaran headrest telah dikurangkan kepada sembilan aktiviti berbanding sebelas aktiviti. Masa pemprosesan juga telah berkurang kepada 11 jam daripada 22 jam sebelum pengurusan Lean.

WAU Tradisi Enterprise ditubuhkan pada 1967 yang merupakan perintis dalam industri rempah ratus di Pantai Timur, Malaysia. Semua resolusi Lean yang telah dilaksanakan di Wau Tradisi tidak meningkatkan kos pengeluaran yang sedia ada. Kapasiti pengeluaran pula telah bertambah kepada 9,000kg sebulan berbanding dengan 5,000kg.
