Even though telekung has a constant demand from the users, most telekung sold in the market do not provide adequate facial comfort due to different individual’s face sizes as well as the usage of inelastic material in telekung manufacture. This gives SKA the opportunity to introduce a telekung which tenderly envelops the face while leaving the forehead undisturbed. This became the first innovation of prayer outfit in the local market.

The Challenges of Conventional Breeding

This US-based technology helped grEAT in increasing its efficiency by doing away the need of labour in getting the orders and serving the dishes to the customers. Other than that, this technology enriched the customers’ experience as it successfully invented the fun-experience for the customers. It is also easier to reach the customers via online ordering system and when they see their food “magically” appear on the glass-vault shelves, it would create the element of surprise which adds more value to the customers’ experience. grEAT once invited a well-known Chef, Datuk Redzuawan Ismail, commonly known as Chef Wan in the grEAT opening ceremony as part of its strategies in making itself known among the Malays.

Novartis Malaysia embarks on improving internal work process to achieve its sparkling productivity record. For a big company, simplification is extremely complex as it has to cut down so many layers of bureaucracy. Hence, Novartis Malaysia began iSimplify in 2016 by asking the employees to take ownership of simplification, and everyone has to do his or her part.
