Innovative and creative group (ICC) is a formation of a group of worker who sit together to investigate, analyse, and find the way to solve work-related problems which would eventually enhance work efficiency. Productivity-Linked Wage System (PLWS) is a wage system which establishes a link between wages and productivity or performance that will ensure that any increase in wages commensurate with higher increase in productivity or performance. Reducing Unnecessary Regulatory Burdens (RURB)

Requirements from regulations such as costs are said to create a change in business behaviour and practices, and hence, a regulatory burden may be present. Additionally, regulations can adversely impact on businesses in various ways. Therefore, RURB helps regulated businesses to identify regulatory burdens, suggest solutions and then present them to regulators legitimately. In fact, RURB covers written regulation and its administration.

Cutting Red Tape (MYCURE)

The cutting red tape (MYCURE) program is a systematic approach in cutting bureaucracy in public service and reducing unnecessary regulatory burden to the industry. MYCURE is one of government's initiatives under Good Regulatory Practice(GRP) in reviewing regulator processes and procedures. It is also focuses on administrative simplifications using tools and techniques such as Lean and RIA.

MBL is an approach to simplify the internal governance for business registration and licensing. Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA)

Effective regulations are aimed to achieve respective policy objectives. These regulations are known to accomplish objectives at a minimal cost among all members of society. RIA is a systematic process of identifying and assessing the expected effects of regulatory proposal, using a consistent analytical method such as cost-benefit analysis. It is a comparative process which is based on determining the underlying regulatory objectives required and identifying the policy interventions. These “feasible alternatives” are assessed using the same method to inform decision – makers about the efficiency of different options and in selecting the most effective and competent option.

Dealing with Construction Permit (DCP)

This topic tracks the procedures, time and cost to build a warehouse—including obtaining necessary the licenses and permits, submitting all required notifications, requesting and receiving all necessary inspections and obtaining utility connections. In addition, the dealing with construction indicators measure the building quality control index, evaluating the quality of building regulations, the strength of quality control and safety mechanisms, liability and insurance regimes and professional certification requirements.
