PSB has recently planned and implemented a high-performance system extension, consisting of a shuttle warehouse with 10.000 storage locations for cartons and directly connected rotapick high-performance picking systems. Core of the existing system is a two-aisle automated small parts warehouse, connected with 16 order picking stations supplied by more than 800 static and dynamic flow channels and a pallet warehouse for replenishment with integrated control system for VNAs.
