During his tenure managing two MPC regional offices, Dato’ Ahmad Fadzil’s focus was on improving the infrastructure and facilities of these two offices. At that time, both the Penang and Johor state offices had hostels which hosted MPC’s seminar trainees and guests. Wanting to provide maximum comfort for these attendees and guests, Dato’ Ahmad Fadzil implemented improvements.

Known for his friendliness and approachable demeanour, the former Deputy Director-General Dato’ Ahmad Fadzil served as one half of MPC’s leading figures for 8 years. Tasked to lead MPC’s overall development and productivity at firm level, Dato’ Ahmad Fadzil monitored multiple programmes including training, Team Excellence and Lean ran by his subordinates. During his tenure, he set targets to ensure these programmes which were attended by industry players would make it to global levels.
